It's hard to believe the school year will be winding to a close soon! Now is a good time to start preparing for those summer reading lists.
One of the best places to find summer resources is your local library. Library programs will help your kids stay excited about reading and prevent summer learning loss. We love our library and visit as much as we can throughout the summer! They offer fun incentives too.
Here are some other great programs and resources:

That's really lovely. I think it's great that there are reading programs for the kids especially during the summer. It will keep their mind active!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great resource list! I know I would like to keep my boys on track throughout the summer and these are a great way to do that!
ReplyDeleteThis is a great idea to prevent the summer "slide." Kids should always be encouraged to read, not only during the school year, but as a habit for them to do every day.
ReplyDeleteI had no idea that such programs exist! Thanks for letting me know!
