You've probably heard about 4 year old Colton Burpo and the book Heaven is for Real detailing his glimpse of Heaven when he was severely ill. This version of the book is written specifically for preschoolers and toddlers explaining Heaven in a way small children can understand.
"Did you know that Heaven is a real place? Jesus is in Heaven and it is wonderful! Jesus loves everyone, and He really, really loves children!"
This beautifully illustrated board book is a great resource for explaining Heaven to young children who have lost a loved one, a friend, or even a family pet.
I love how it emphasizes Jesus' love for them and gives reassurance that "Heaven is never, ever scary. God is there, and His light is so bright that there is never darkness or sadness or tears. Everyone is happy in heaven!"
