Here is how Aloha Friday works from Kailani's blog An Island Life:
In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.
I love salad! One of my favorite things to add to my salad is cucumbers. I always wash and peel them before adding them to the salad.
My Question For You This Week: Do you peel your cucumbers? What about other veggies; skin or not?
Love cucumbers in a salad. Yes, I peel them.
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday!
I don't peel my cucumbers, the only thing I really peel is carrots, onions and potatoes
ReplyDeleteIt depends on how I'm using them I guess, but just to eat, I leave the peel on.
ReplyDeleteWe usually leave the skin on however years ago the skin was always removed. ;D
ReplyDeleteHappy Aloha Friday!
I usually attempt to scrub what I can if not I peel.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
