Here is how Aloha Friday works from Kailani's blog An Island Life:
In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.
I attended a fun twitter party last night and am going to another tonight. They are a bit time consuming sometimes (1-2 hours) but I think they are fun and well worth it if you win a great prize!
My Question For You This Week: Do you go to Twitter parties?
I only go if a friend is hosting one, meaning I've done 2. I'm just not a fan - too difficult to keep up, and too annoying to my other followers.

I've been to two twitter parties. It was interesting, but I get bored easily because um it's a huge party and you probably don't even know who you are responding to or get a response etc and it's very time consuming and for some reason the application slows down my computer.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure I'll attend another one when I really have the time to focus on the topic.
VERY rarely-like MAYBE 1x per month. I was asked to be part of one next week though so I'll be there with bells on! :)
ReplyDeleteI've attended a couple, but it's been a while. I find it so hard to keep up - doesn't help that my kids are usually distracting me when I'm trying to follow.
ReplyDeleteI would like too~ I really would, but I just don't understand how to play along, and possibly win. I'm just not doing something right because I tried it once, and no one even knew I was even there. :-( Thanks for stopping by my blog, and I hope you stop by on Monday for my new meme, "Monday's Music Moves Me".
ReplyDeleteI have never tried one.
ReplyDeleteI have done one twitter party and just worked with Gevalia and participate in their Beanchats...it was a great way to understand how tweetgrid works since it was slower than the parties!
