Teaser Tuesdays: The Bride Backfire by Kelly Eileen Hake

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading.

Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
* Grab your current read
* Open to a random page
* Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
* BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
* Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

My Teaser:

"To her way of thinking, justice trumped mercy any day. People lied, cheated, hurt others all the time and got away with it. They deserved to be punished. But she didn't remember justice being on the list."

--pg. 105 The Bride Backfire by Kelly Eileen Hake

What are you reading?  If you have a teaser, you can head on over to Miz B's blog or share it here by leaving a comment.

  7. Hi Shelly,

    Honestly, all I am reading now are books about social networking and twittering! LOL!

    Which brings me to the reason for this post :

    I am really very sorry that this is a form letter :(

    However we spent days following everyone on the Simply Follow list, and out of 690 people, maybe only 10 followed us :(

    I don’t know if you joined our blog or not, but if you have a moment, could you PLEASE go over to http://www.kiboomu.blogspot.com and give us a quick follow?

    Again, sorry for this form letter, but I am going to to back to ALL 600+ people that we followed and leaving this note. Hopefully we will get a super great turnout now!
