It's fall and what better way to celebrate than to fall into some good books? Katrina at Callapidder Days is hosting the Fall into Reading Challenge 2009.
This is my first time participating in a reading challenge and I'm excited! Sometimes I just need a little extra motivation to find the time to finish the books I've started. I think this may be the motivation I need!
Here is my list of books to read during this challenge:
The Transformation by Terri Krauss

Texas Heat by Debra White Smith
Take Two by Karen Kingsbury

Shades of Blue by Karen Kingsbury

Sound of Sleigh Bells by Cindy Woodsmall
Love Finds You in Lonesome Prairie by Tricia Goyer and Ocieanna Fleiss.

Stop by Callapidder Days to see what others are reading and/or take the challenge yourself.
Great list. I picked up Love Finds You in Sisters, Oregon at the ACFW conference this weekend. Such a fun line.
ReplyDeleteyour list looks interesting! It's my first time in a challenge too, hope you enjoy yours :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a good list!! This is going to be a fun challenge.
ReplyDeleteAlso, this is my first time to your blog...it is beautiful!
Great list! I see a couple Karen Kingsbury books that I haven't read on your list. I think my wishlist just got longer!
ReplyDeleteI am reading the Help right now. GREAT book!
ReplyDeleteThose look like some great books!
ReplyDeleteAnd omigod, I LOVE your bloggy look!
Have a fab Tuesday!
Fantastic list! I love Karen Kingsbury.
ReplyDeleteI am loving the background! It is so pretty! I would love to set up a reading list, but if I get through one with the kids I am lucky, so I am going to shoot for that!
ReplyDeleteWelcome to Fall Into Reading, Shelly! I'm so glad you decided to join in the fun.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy all your fall reading!
Great List I might have to add a few of those titles to my next list. Tina
ReplyDeleteYep, total Jane Austen newbie! Watched Becoming Jane Monday to get me a bit ready to read P&P, then started to listen to P&P on CD (I know, not really reading, but I like something to listen to in the car!) and now I'm feeling like I need to find out more about JA!
ReplyDeleteI've also got Karen Kingsbury on my "someday" list, my mother-in-law and sister-in-law absolutely love her!
Love Karen Kingsbury's novels. Sounds like some really good fall reads.
ReplyDeleteYou have a beautiful site! I'm not familiar with the books on your list - always fun to see new titles! Good luck with the challenge.
ReplyDeleteHi Shelly,
