
This week's blog MckLinky blog hop is sharing a favorite recipe. I got this recipe from McCormick. It's a fun twist on Sloppy Joes.
McCormick Sloppy Joe Pockets Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 lb beef
1 package McCormick Sloppy Joe seasoning mix
1 10 oz can tomato puree
1 10 oz can pizza dough
1 package of Mozarella shredded cheese
Instructions:
*Brown 1/4 beef and drain
*Add package of McCormick Sloppy Joe seasoning mix and can of tomato puree to the beef
*Unroll can of pizza dough on a greased baking sheet
*Cut dough into 4 squares
*Sprinkle 1/4 cup of Mozarella shredded cheese onto squares
*Spoon beef mixture onto cheese but be careful not to spread onto edges
*Fold over the dough filling and press with a fork to seal and make a pocket
*Bake at 375 F for 20-25 minutes
