Good Night, Little Love Board Book #tommymommy #KeepCalmHopOn #sponsored

2/16/16
I received Good Night, Little Love as a Tommy Mommy for review.  All opinions are mine.

Goodnight Little Love Board book from Thomas Nelson

Board books are a favorite in our house because they stand up to active toddlers and (preschoolers).  We read them at any time of day, but my children really enjoy stories at bed time.  It helps them get relaxed and settled in for the night and is a great part of their bedtime routine.

Our latest bed time board book has been Good Night Little Love by Laura Neutzling.  It has been the perfect story for my own little loves for Valentine's Day.

It's a sweet story about a mama bunny getting her little one ready for bed.  Each page starts off with "Good Night Little Love" and then talks about what new adventures the next day will bring.

Goodnight Little Love

My girls love the soft illustrations and adorable bunnies from Anna Currey.  The front cover has foil and glitter hearts and sets the tone for the book; it's all about love!  And there is nothing like a mama's love for her children.

The simple rhymes and repetition is great for little ones as they prepare for bed time.  It makes a sweet gift for ages 1-5, not only for Valentine's Day, but for any day of the year!

Our bedtime routine goes like this - bath, pjs, brush hair, take vitamins, get a sip of a drink, brush teeth, book then bed. My kids love the taking vitamins part and reading books before bed!

My son is only 17 months but if I would have to guess about what he loves most about is bedtime routine it would be going throughout the house and giving hugs and kisses to everyone we live in the apartment above his grandparents and he loves going down to say good night to them and the dog
