Ever since my gall bladder surgery, I have been on a lower-fat diet. That meant pretty much either giving up foods that I loved or finding ways to make them healthier and easier for me to digest. It wasn't something I was thrilled about, but I am glad that these diet changes are contributing to me becoming more heart healthy too. My hubby's diet has changed a bit as well. We are both trying to be more health conscious by watching what we eat and trying to get more exercise despite our busy schedules.
