McDonald's Faves 400 Calories And Under Giveaway

Have you heard about McDonald's new Favorites under 400 Calories platform?   It features popular food and drink choices for under 400 calories at the counter and drive-thru.  It also highlights which items are 300, 200, or 100 calories and under to help you make more informed choices.

I love their nummy salads (I love me a nummy salad!), but it's also good to know that there are other options on their menu like apple slices, yogurt parfaits, and smoothies under 400 calories (mind you that does not include the extras like dressing).  If I have to head out for some fast food, this graphic makes it a bit easier to pick out the choices with less calories and hopefully less "diet guilt."
