Earth's Best Toddler Snacks and Meals Review

About the Company:

Earth's Best's mission is to provide "better for baby" products with the freshest, purest ingredients.  Their Quality Promise ensures that each ingredient is tested for pesticides and potentially harmful residues.

Our Quality Promise
  • Earth's Best organic infant formula contains no toxic chemicals or heavy metals. Ingestion may compromise long-term immune system development.
  • Earth's Best organic infant cereals provide an excellent source of iron to aid early physical and neurological development and restore the iron depletion that results after birth.
  • Earth's Best organic baby juice comes from fresh pressed, undiluted, single strength juice. We do not use juice from concentrate.
  • Earth's Best organic produce does not expose infants to the higher level of contaminants found in conventional produce. Proportionately, babies consume up to four times the fruits and vegetables that adults consume.
  • Earth's Best organic jarred fruits provide an excellent source vitamin C to aids the absorption of iron and help fight infections.

I am always in search of quality snacks and meals for my baby girl.  When I can, I try to purchase organic.  Sometimes that isn't always possible because of our budget.  Organic foods are more expensive than non-organic, and coupons for these can be hard to find.  So I usually shop places like Target or Walmart and look out for sales.

The Attic baby is a great eater!  She already loves the Fruit and Yogurt smoothies from Earth's Best as well as the Crunchin' Grahams.  And I love that they don't have a lot of sugar, artificial colors, or preservatives.

I was very excited when Earth's Best sent me their new Pop Snax, Elmo Tomato Soup, and Elmo Vegetable Soup.

The Pop Snax come in two flavors: Sweet Potato Cinnamon and Veggie Crisps.  They are made of air popped rice and potato and fortified with iron, zinc, and six B Vitamins.   She loves both flavors, but leans toward the Sweet Potato Cinnamon more often.

I wouldn't recommend them for babies who are in the process of teething though; they are a bit hard.  I break them up into little pieces and let her munch on them when she isn't in a lot of teething pain.

My hubby and I both have tried these and I have to say they are pretty yummy!  My hubby is not a fan of vegetables, but even he didn't mind the taste of the Veggie Crisps.  It has a subtle taste rather than a strong veggie taste.   We both wish they made these in larger bags!  The pop tops are great to throw in the diaper bag.  But be warned if your little one can pop the top off like mine can!

The soups are yummy meals stocked with organic veggies.

The Vegetable Soup has organic tomatoes, carrots, white beans, peas, celery, and fun Elmo-shaped pasta.

The Tomato Soup has organic tomatoes and the same Elmo-shaped pasta.

Baby girl favored the vegetable soup more than the tomato.  I think the tomato flavor was strong for her, since she had never tried it before.  I will have to try it again to see if she is a tomato soup fan or not.

My only complaint about the soup is that it is quite pricey and I can't seem to find it at local stores other than Giant or online in bulk.  I would love to see coupons for these!
