Aloha Friday: How's The Weather?

2/12/10

Here is how Aloha Friday works from Kailani's blog An Island Life:

In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.

We have been dealing with crazy snow since last Friday. I'm ready for it to be over. We'll probably be spending our Valentine's Day snowed in unless the roads get cleared up. And while that might sound romantic, being snowed in for nearly a straight week is making us a bit stir crazy. Add to that a rambunctious ten year old who hasn't been at school all week.

My Question For You This Week: How's the weather where you are?

It MIGHT snow tonight!! I'm so excited! We haven't seen snow at all this "winter". 2 weeks ago we were in short sleeve shirt..now we might get like an inch or so!

I live in the heart of Ontario Canada, and frankly I'm all too happy everyone else is getting the white stuff and not us. I hate it.

We have been getting less snow then usual where I live. We totally missed the last snow storms.

But it has been very cold & windy here! I'm ready for Spring!

I'm not complaining because there are more people with worse weather than there are people with better weather.

We had our 3-day snowstorm earlier this week in MN...then the cold and freezing took over. The roads are in pretty good shape though and we are looking at more clouds and a slight warmup for the weekend with a high of 22 for both Saturday and Sunday.

Where the heck is spring already??!!

I guess I really can't complain about our weather. I'm in Northern California, and we just worry about if it's going to rain or not..lol.

We live in New England and we don't have any snow because the rest of the country is keeping the fluffy white stuff to itself! Our poor snowmobiles as sitting there lonely with no one to ride them...

We got about 7 inches on this past Tuesday. It was cool. No school and work called me and said I didn't have to come in!! I had a fire going and it was beautiful!!

I am so done with snow. I am ready for spring. We only got about 15 inches this week (which is not a lot compared to other parts of the country). Luckily we were only snowed in for about a day after it stopped snowing.
